Education and training are vital to the successful use of a Geographical Information System (GIS). At GIC our training strategy is to help you develop the best possible route to acquiring GIS knowledge and skills to benefit you and your organisation.

GIC is the only ESRI Authorised Learning Centre in Uganda. Our training is conducted at our premises located in a serene environment in Ntinda which is a few kilometers from the City Centre away from the hustle and bustle of town.

By attending our training courses we can help consolidate and enhance your current use of GIS and show you new capabilities and efficient ways of utilising your mapping and geographic information.

Each student gets to learn using a computer equipped with  full software using training resources from ESRI. The courses are conducted by ESRI Certified instructors following an ESRI curriculum.

Students who complete each training module get to receive certificates in line with the course they have undertaken.
