At GIC, we're dedicated to providing timely and expert assistance to Esri Uganda clients under current maintenance.  Technical Support is staffed by a highly trained and experienced team who possess considerable knowledge of ESRI technology and their applications in a wide range of environments and industries.

Technical Support is available at no additional costs to Esri Uganda clients who have:

  • Purchased ESRI software products within the past 12 months
  • Purchased Envi within the past 12 months
  • Renewed their annual maintenance, and are within the current maintenance period
  • A current evaluation copy of ESRI or Envi software
