Needs Assessment
A Needs Assessment is a systematic exploration of the way things are and the way they should be. These "things" are usually associated with organizational and/or individual performance
There are several basic Needs Assessment techniques which include: Direct observation, Questionnaires, Consultation with persons in key positions, and/or with specific knowledge, Review of relevant literature, Interviews, Focus groups, Tests, Records & report studies, Work samples etc.
