The Esri Eastern Africa User Conference (EAUC) is an annual event that brings together GIS professionals from across Eastern Africa to share their experiences and learn more about Esri’s technology

“Experience GIS in the Cloud and on the Beach” is the theme of this year’s conference; an apt theme in view of the emerging web and mobile GIS implementation patterns, which complement the traditional desktop and enterprise patterns. These new patterns hold great promise for the region’s developing economies.
